SoleAI is an application designed to help users estimate or measure shoe size using images, camera-based measurements, or AI-assisted technology.

Information We Process

Depending on the measurement method, SoleAI may process:

  • Camera images
  • Photographs selected by the user
  • Images of a user’s foot or footwear
  • Measurement information derived from an image
  • Estimated shoe size
  • Device or screen information required for calibration where applicable
  • Basic diagnostic information

Images are processed to calculate or estimate measurements and provide shoe-size recommendations.

Camera and Photo Permissions

SoleAI may request camera access to capture an image required for measurement. Photo/media access may be requested when users choose an existing image. These permissions are used only for features requiring them.

AI and Cloud Processing

Where measurement or AI processing cannot be performed entirely on the user’s device, images or related measurement information may be securely transmitted to an AI or cloud-processing provider to generate the requested result.

We do not sell photographs or body-measurement information.

Accuracy

Measurements and shoe-size recommendations provided by SoleAI are estimates. Actual shoe sizing can vary between manufacturers, styles, and regions.

Retention

Images and temporary measurement data are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to perform the requested measurement and provide the relevant service unless the user intentionally saves information.

Third Party Services

SoleAI may use third-party providers for AI/image processing, hosting, analytics, or crash reporting.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect images and measurement information during processing.
