Information Processed

Teachers or authorized users may enter information such as:

  • Student names
  • Roll numbers or student identifiers
  • Class or section information
  • Subject names
  • Marks and grades
  • Examination results
  • Attendance or academic information where supported
  • School information
  • Teacher-entered comments

Because this information may relate to school students, including minors, users should only enter information they are authorized by their school, institution, parent, guardian, or applicable law to process.

How Information Is Used

Student and academic information is used solely to provide ResultCard’s educational functions, including recording marks, calculating results, organizing academic records, and generating result cards.

We do not sell student information or use student academic records for behavioral advertising.

Storage and Retention

Data may be stored locally on the user’s device. Where backup, synchronization, sharing, or cloud-based features are available, relevant information may also be transmitted to service providers necessary to provide those features.

Information is retained only as required to provide the service or until it is deleted by the user, subject to technical, legal, or legitimate record-retention requirements.

Responsibility of Teachers and Schools

Teachers, schools, and other users are responsible for ensuring that they have appropriate authority to enter and process student information through ResultCard.

Users should avoid entering information that is unnecessary for generating or maintaining academic records.

Children’s Data

ResultCard is intended primarily as a tool for teachers and authorized educational users. We do not knowingly use student information for advertising, profiling, or unrelated commercial purposes.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect academic and personal information.
