This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information through InvoiceOne, an application designed to help users quickly create and manage invoices for their clients.

Information Users May Enter

InvoiceOne may process information such as:

  • User or business name
  • Business address and contact details
  • Client name
  • Client contact or billing information
  • Invoice numbers
  • Product or service descriptions
  • Prices, quantities, taxes, discounts, and totals
  • Payment-related instructions entered by the user
  • Business logos or other invoice content

Users should only enter information that is necessary to prepare and manage invoices.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to create, store, manage, export, or share invoices as requested by the user. InvoiceOne does not itself process banking transactions or payments unless such functionality is specifically identified within the app. We do not sell client or invoice information.

Storage

Invoice information may be stored locally on the user’s device. If cloud backup, synchronization, or account features are offered, relevant information may also be securely transmitted to our service providers.

Sharing Invoices

When users choose to export or share an invoice, information contained in that invoice will be shared through the method selected by the user. Users are responsible for ensuring invoices are sent to the correct recipients.

Retention and Deletion

Locally stored invoices remain available until deleted by the user or removed with the application’s data.

Server-stored information, where applicable, is retained only as necessary to provide the service and satisfy legitimate legal, accounting, operational, or security obligations.

Third Party Services

InvoiceOne may use providers for cloud storage, analytics, crash reporting, or other technical functions.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect invoice and client information.
