This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use Outfit Swap. Outfit Swap allows users to provide a photograph and an outfit image so that the app can detect clothing in the photograph and generate or create an edited image featuring the selected outfit.

Information We Process

The app may process:

  • Photographs selected or captured by the user
  • Images of clothing or outfits provided by the user
  • Detected body and clothing regions
  • Temporary image-generation or processing information
  • Basic diagnostic and technical information

AI and Image Processing

To provide outfit replacement features, photographs may be processed on the user’s device or transmitted to a third party or cloud-based AI/image-processing service. This processing is performed only to generate the result requested by the user and support the technical operation of the app. We do not sell users’ photographs or use them to create advertising profiles.

User Responsibility

Users should only upload photographs and images that they have permission or legal authority to use.

Storage and Retention

Temporary image processing files are retained only for the period reasonably necessary to complete the user’s request and operate the service. Generated images may be saved to the user’s device when the user chooses to save or export them.

Permissions

Outfit Swap may request access to the camera, photos, or device media storage when required for its editing features.

Third Party Providers

We may use AI processing, cloud hosting, analytics, or crash-reporting services. Information provided to these services is limited to what is reasonably required to operate the relevant feature.

Security

We use reasonable technical measures designed to protect user information during processing and transmission.
